Our Solution – HARVESTER – Two-fold to successful diagnosis of the motor’s condition:

  • Offline testing - Winding resistance for locating shored turns, Open leads, & phase imbalance issues, MEG-OHM for grounded and contaminated windings, high-potential for poor ground-wall insulation, or step-voltage tests and surge tests for turn-to-turn or copper-to-copper weaknesses.
  • Online measured power quality such as harmonics, low or high voltage, and voltage unbalance.

  • The number of starts and stops, starting loads, ambient temperature, ease of testing, workforce, and spares availability will be evaluated and reported.
