One of the reputed healthcare organizations needed a solution for a ‘real-time monitoring and diagnostic system’ which is capable of data capturing, root cause and predictive analysis to prevent unplanned shutdown events, surprise outage/failures/breakdown of heavy electrical equipment supplied – ensuring proactive management.

Problem

Reduce manual intervention in the process of diagnosis, which may lead to uncertain and unwanted situations where outage/failures/breakdowns may happen.

Solution

An “Analytical Platform” comprising the following capabilities got designed and developed.

  • Continuous monitoring of health and performance of critical equipment’s.
  • Integration with legacy application to collate critical KPI’s [ heart rate, plant & equipment efficiency and controllable losses]
